Due to popularity of our services it can sometimes be hard to find a slot. If you contact us and inform us of the required booking time and date, we will try our best to facilitate your appointment. What should I do if my accessories or wedding dress aren’t available before my bridal trail? This is an important factor in determining your final style, If they are not available make sure you have clear pictures of the dress and accessories. Try to have similar colour clothing and style to hand.

If you have reactions to any forms of henna, be sure to inform Saj Neha before booking. For Black henna bookings, you must be sure that you don’t have an allergy and previously have had a successful trial application before any artwork is applied. Saj Neha LTD. does not take responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur from a lack of customer allergy information.
I accept bookings 6 months in advance. Please note that last minute bookings are sometimes available; just check the date finder on the service you desire or contact us to check.
Yes, I prefer to use my own high quality products as we are sure of their longevity. If you are more comfortable with your own makeup we can work with any makeup or cosmetic product.
Our services are priced to account for travel inside the Greater Manchester area. For bookings outside of this area Mileage is charged at 65p per mile from Manchester city centre. Any location longer than a 2-hour journey may be refused or subject to additional charges. Travel charges can be paid on the day and are separate to your booking, which should be paid online prior to booking.
Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before your appointment date for a full refund. Any booking cancelled during the 14 days can be retained as store credit for your next purchase or are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if a refund is needed. Last minute cancellations (2 days before appointment or on the day) are charged in full.
